Harley Davidson Dyna Vibration Problem

On the bottom side of the muffler near the middle there is a bolt that attaches the muffler to the center of the support bracket.
Harley davidson dyna vibration problem. It definetly makes a growling noise from the primary side of the bike but the noise will stop when you pull in your clutch if its your inner primary bearing. As this has specifically to do with the Switchback exhaust and is a sticky I wont comment other than to say thanks for the link to the bulletin and its info on the front isolator alteration. The dealer put on stock pegs still the same.
Discussion Starter 1 Oct 25 2008. I recently posted to the Harley newsgroups with a vibration problem with my 97 FXDL Dyna Low Rider. Temporarily remove this bolt completely.
I dont get the vibration through the seat or bars. A couple of interesting things came of this that readers with Dynas or FXRs might find of interest. Replaced the rear tyre.
After putting stock mufflers back on have the same problem. Ive actually grown quite fond of the vibration at idle reminds me Im on a v-twin like the bikes I used to admire when I was a kid. Still having vibration issue.

8 Nov 28 2011. The factory rep rode the bike and said it was the Rush slip-ons. Harley tech service said it was my foot pegs.
